10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Every shed sold by ShedsVille comes with a 10-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials
- Structural faults that arise under normal use
If a covered fault appears within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part or the shed, at our discretion, at no cost to you.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic changes over time
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or impact
- Damage caused by alterations or modifications, or by assembly or repair carried out by anyone other than our assembly team
- Damage caused by failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided
- Contents stored inside the shed
How to make a claim
Email contact@shedsville.shop with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
